And Here We Go Again! 03/09/2009
Just as we start the second week of March, we are ready to plow out from another winter storm. I'm looking at about a half foot of snow out in our yard. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see more unsettled weather over the next couple of weeks. It seems that the old season of winter is in conflict with the milder, new season of spring that will start on the 21st. Soon enough, winter will realize it's futile to fight and will surrender to spring. CommentsDee Mon, 09 Mar 2009 14:15:59 Ive been trying for years to bring the family easter tradition back to the beach. Some of my fondest memories of Gram are the cold windy beach days searching for plastic filled eggs. It was always great when we found one with a quarter in it! lol Now that Sally is growing older and some time has passed, I want to give her those same memories. All of us piled into the big yellow Suburban with nothing but food and adventure on our minds. And dont forget.... its Raymond, Epping, Brentwood, Exeter and the Beach! Yup, that just brought me back! Leave a Reply |
